One of the major houses on the street and originally part of the Tuthill estate. Remodeled in the mid-1890s. This is a flat-roofed 2 1/2-story house with a front porch that wraps to the east side. The porch has square column bases, paired brackets, decorative finials and spindle balustrade. The front door is Greek Revival. The first floor windows fronting the porch are 9/9 floor-to-ceiling.
